Ingredients

6 servings
  • 5 pieces of White potato peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 5 slices of bacon finely chopped
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of Poblano pepper Strips (Rajas)
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream
  • 1 Cup of Oaxaca cheese shredded
  • 1 pinch of Salt optional
  • 5 grams of chinese parsley to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a pot with boiling water, cook the potatoes with salt until they are soft on the outside and firm inside.
    In a skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon until it is golden brown. Add the onion and cook until transparent.
    Add the poblano rajas and cook a few more minutes. Reservation.
