Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo green tomato, peeled
  • 4 serrano peppers, or to taste
  • 3/4 cups fresh coriander, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lard
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 kilo potato, girls half cooked and peeled
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

The tomatoes and chilies are cooked in water with a little salt.
Let cool a little and liquefy with coriander.
The lard is heated and the onion is added to the sauce, then the sauce is added and seasoned for approximately 10 minutes.
Add the potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes, or until they are soft.
