Preparation
Cook the potatoes in a pot with boiling water and salt until they are soft. Drain and reserve.
In a pan over medium heat, cook the bacon until golden brown. Add the previously cooked potatoes and cook a couple of minutes. Reserve.
For the Alfredo sauce, add the butter in a pot and cook the onion with the garlic, add the flour and stir until it forms a golden pasty.
Add the milk and cook until it thickens slightly. Add the cheeses, let them melt and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Mix the potatoes with the hot sauce, serve immediately and decorate with parsley.
