  • 6 potatoes, medium
  • 1 cup Pure Nutrioli® Soy Edible Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon fresh marjoram
  • 1 tablespoon yellow lemon zest
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 20 slices bacon, fried
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • to taste fresh thyme, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
Place the potatoes in a bowl and add the Nutrioli® Pure Edible Soybean Oil, the garlic, the thyme, the oregano, the marjoram, the lime zest, season with salt and pepper and mix very well. Marina 30 minutes.
Arrange the potatoes in a ovenproof refractory, interspersed with the fried bacon, season with salt and pepper. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and bake again 7 to 10 minutes more.
Serve hot and decorate with fresh thyme
