Ingredients: 1 liter Oléico® safflower oil; 500 grams potato; 1/4 cups cow's milk; 1 cup Mozzarella cheese; 1 egg; flour, necessary amount; breadcrumbs, necessary amount; salt, to taste; pepper, to taste

Peel and cut the potato into small cubes. Boil it in a pot with salt. Once soft, drain the water and mash it into a puree. Return the puree to the stove, add a teaspoon of oil and the milk. Stir for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Once cooled, mix in the cup of cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir. Place the flour on a plate. Beat an egg in a bowl. In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs.
