A snack of cambray potatoes in lemon sauce with toasted tree chili. It is a delicious recipe, simple to cook and spectacular. perfect as an accompaniment to meat or fish.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 kilo of potato cambray
  • 1 tablespoon of chicken consommé
  • 6 chile de árbol peppers
  • 1/2 glass of lemon juice
  • 1/4 of Cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch of Salt

    Preparation

    Boil the potatoes in a pot with water and salt, until they are soft, but not falling apart.
    Meanwhile, toast the chiles in a pan over medium-low heat and liquefy them with the lemon juice and the granulated consommé.
    Heat the oil in a large saucepan.
    Drain the cooked potatoes well and fry them in the hot oil for a few minutes.
