Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 potatoes
  • 200 milliliters olive oil
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Put the peeled potatoes to cook for 30 minutes in a pot with water.
