The potato gratinated to the Four Cheeses is a simple and very rich preparation. It is a potato cooked in the oven and accompanied by a succulent cheese sauce. It is a perfect recipe to share with the family.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 on Knorr® Flavors Four Cheeses
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons low fat milk
  • 2 teaspoons chives, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons garlic, dehydrated, in pieces
  • 2 pinches black pepper, milled

Preparation

Wrap the potatoes in a square of aluminum foil (smeared with Margarine Primavera Chantilly® without salt). Bake at 180 ° C for 1 hour or until the potatoes are cooked.
Mix in a bowl the contents of Knorr® Sabores Cuatro Quesos, the cream, milk, chives, garlic and pepper.
Cut the potatoes in four and cover them again with the same aluminum foil, exposing the potato and space to add the cream.
Distribute the Knorr® Sabores Cuatro Quesos mixture to the center of each potato; Fry in the oven at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.

PRESENTATION
