Ingredients

4 servings
  • 10 cambray potatoes peeled
  • 2 liters of Water
  • to taste of Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of dill chopped

    Preparation

    Add the water in the pressure cooker, add the previously peeled chambray potatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
    Leave on medium heat until the steam comes out, lower the temperature and leave for 20 minutes.
    Remove from the pot, drain and serve on a plate with dill sprinkled.
