This recipe was made because unexpected guests came to my house, and I had nothing but potatoes and I had to improvise. In the end everything went great!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 potatoes, medium
  • 1 pinch garlic, powdered
  • 6 slices bacon
  • enough olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Wash the potatoes with skin and dry them very well.
Cut the potatoes into slices.
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the potatoes.
Patiently open each of the slices and fill with the bacon and garlic. I used garlic slices but if you do not like garlic so much, use powder.
Water the potatoes generously with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Put in the oven.

TIPS

To avoid cutting the potato completely, it can be placed in a ladle or between two chopsticks to make it stop. So that they do not brown too much, when they already have nice color, place aluminum foil, so they will continue to cook without browning.
