To marinate the potatoes: grind the garlic, onion, pepper, and salt to taste in 3 cups of water, cut the potatoes into French fry style, and marinate for one hour. Fry in plenty of sunflower oil and drain on paper towels. Serves as a side dish for any meal or simply for kids on vacation.
