Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1 onion
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1/2 kilos squash blossom
  • 1/2 kilos mushroom
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • to taste salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Chop the onion and tomato in squares, sauté them in a pot with olive oil, until they are well cooked.
