Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups rice
  • 2/3 cups oil
  • 100 grams onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup mashed tomatoes
  • 1 branch parsley
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 cup green pea
  • 1/2 cups bell pepper
  • 4 sausages, in squares
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon

Preparation

In a large saucepan put the oil to heat, add the onion, garlic and chopped parsley. After 5 minutes the tomato puree is incorporated.
Then the chopped sausages are added so that they sauté a little. Now add the rice stirring with a wooden spoon for 4 minutes.
Add the 3 cups of water and the consommé powder. Put the peppers in squares. Rectify the salt. Cover the pan and lower the heat, cook for 20 minutes or until the water is consumed.
Uncover the pot and add the peas and stir a little to make the rice is very loose. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
