This recipe is made of funny rice because it has the wide range of colors of the red pepper and it is a complete dish since it includes chicken and vegetables. Prepare it, you will love it.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 cups of pre-cooked rice
  • 1 Cup of Bell pepper green, red, yellow
  • 6 cups of chicken soup
  • 300 grams of chicken breast cooked and crumbled
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of black pepper
  • 15 grams of garlic
  • 20 grams of onion
  • 10 milliliters of vegetable oil

    Preparation

    Cut the peppers into small cubes, onion and garlic.
    In a saucepan place the rice, the chicken stock, the pepper, the onion, season and cover to cook for 25 minutes.
