Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 cups pre-cooked rice
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, green, red, yellow
  • 6 cups chicken soup
  • 300 grams chicken breast, cooked and crumbled
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 15 grams garlic
  • 20 grams onion
  • 10 milliliters vegetal oil

Preparation

Cut the peppers into small cubes, onion and garlic.
In a saucepan place the rice, the chicken stock, the pepper, the onion, season and cover to cook for 25 minutes.
Once the liquid has been consumed and the rice has been cooked, serve by putting some shredded chicken on top.

TIPS
