Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups rice
  • 3 tomatoes, ground and cast
  • 3 potatoes, medium in cubes
  • 1/2 cups pea, peeled
  • 4 carrots, in cubes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • branches parsley
  • 1/4 onions

Preparation

The rice is soaked, washed. Then drain well and fry in olive oil stirring constantly so that it does not stick and brown evenly. Grind the tomato with the garlic and onion.
When it is well browned, add the chopped vegetables and the tomato mixture and let it season 3 minutes. Season with salt and add 3 cups of hot water, put the sprig of parsley cover and let it boil over low heat until the rice is cooked and the water consumed.
It must be perfectly dry.

PRESENTATION

It can be garnished with sprigs of parsley.
