Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups Great Value® white rice, cooked and cold
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 Chile poblano frozen Great Value®, cut into slices
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Great Value®
  • 1/2 teaspoons White pepper
  • 1 cup Gouda cheese, grated

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease a baking pan with butter.
In a bowl, carefully mix rice with spinach, chilies, cream, salt and pepper.
Pour over the greased mold and spread. Cover with cheese and lid with aluminum foil.
Bake about 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake 10 more minutes to brown the cheese. Serve immediately.
