This recipe is simple but extremely delicious rice, it is sure that everyone will like it. Cook, shine and love everyone with this Catalan rice.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 500 grams of pre-cooked rice
  • 250 grams of pea or peas
  • 1 Cup of longaniza sausage
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 pieces of egg Hard
  • 2 pieces of cambray onion
  • to taste of Salt
  • 90 grams of margarine

    Preparation

    Fry the finely chopped garlic in a little oil, and when golden, add the finely chopped onions with stems. Then add the peas, cook for 5 more minutes and add the sausage.
    Once golden, the sausage adds rice, salt, water and a spoonful of margarine. Cover and let simmer about 20 minutes or until the water has been consumed.
    To serve cut the egg into slices and place it on the rice.

    TIPS

    You can change the longaniza for chorizo ​​and margarine for butter.
