Ingredients

10 portions
  • 500 grams pre-cooked rice
  • 250 grams pea, or peas
  • 1 cup longaniza sausage
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 eggs, Hard
  • 2 cambray onions
  • to taste salt
  • 90 grams margarine

Preparation

Fry the finely chopped garlic in a little oil, and when golden, add the finely chopped onions with stems. Then add the peas, cook for 5 more minutes and add the sausage.
Once golden, the sausage adds rice, salt, water and a spoonful of margarine. Cover and let simmer about 20 minutes or until the water has been consumed.
To serve cut the egg into slices and place it on the rice.

TIPS

You can change the longaniza for chorizo ​​and margarine for butter.
