Ingredients: 1 envelope Knorr® Mi Arroz® White Rice Seasoning; 1 1/2 cups long grain rice, raw; 4 tablespoons vegetable oil; 3 1/2 cups water; 2 lettuce, the hearts, well sanitized; 1 1/2 cups cucumber, peeled, diced; 1 cup tomato, seedless, diced; 2 tablespoons capers; 1/4 cups olive oil; 1/4 cups rice vinegar; 1/8 teaspoons black pepper, freshly ground

Follow the package instructions. Wash the rice until the water runs clear, then drain well. Heat oil in a medium pot over medium heat and fry the rice gently, stirring to prevent breaking. It should turn a light golden color, and the grains will separate from each other. Remove any excess oil if necessary. Pour out the water and the contents of the Knorr® MiArroz® white packet. Allow it to come to a boil, then reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
