Preparation
Heat a wok with the sesame oil, fry the shallots, with the garlic and ginger, add the beef and chicken breast, cook for 5 minutes add the shrimp, fry the carrot, and the squash, cook for 5 minutes
In the middle of the wok form a space, and add the beaten egg, whisk and cook until you have very small pieces of egg, add the broccoli and cooked rice mix well.
Add rice vinegar and baby elotitos with onion stems, cook 4 minutes more.
Season with soy sauce, cook until reduced. Serve and enjoy.
