Fried rice is a very homemade and traditional oriental preparation, this recipe includes rice sautéed in sesame oil, vegetables such as carrot, pumpkin, broccoli, onion rings, it is flavored with ginger, garlic and soy sauce. This rice is even more delicious because it has meat, chicken and shrimp, a winning combo.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of sesame oil
  • 3 spoonfuls of shallot finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of ginger finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of beef cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 Cup of chicken breast cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of shrimp cleansed
  • 1 Cup of carrot finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of pumpkin finely chopped
  • 2 pieces of egg smoothie
  • 1 Cup of broccoli
  • 2 cups of sushi rice
  • 2 spoonfuls of rice vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of baby corn cut into slices
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion stem chambray chopped

    Preparation

    Heat a wok with the sesame oil, fry the shallots, with the garlic and ginger, add the beef and chicken breast, cook for 5 minutes add the shrimp, fry the carrot, and the squash, cook for 5 minutes
    In the middle of the wok form a space, and add the beaten egg, whisk and cook until you have very small pieces of egg, add the broccoli and cooked rice mix well.
    Add rice vinegar and baby elotitos with onion stems, cook 4 minutes more.
    Season with soy sauce, cook until reduced. Serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the rice and accompany it with soy.

    TIPS

    Cook your rice in a wok to make the preparation easier.
