Paella mixed with different ingredients perfect complete meal to enjoy at home in the company of the family. Give your personal touch and incorporate the ingredients that you like.

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of paella rice
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil
  • 4 cubes of chicken broth powder
  • 2 envelopes of seasoning of paella
  • 2 liters of Water
  • 2 cubes of garlic powder
  • 1/2 kilo of chicken thigh matches in four
  • 1/2 kilo of pork rib games in 3
  • 250 grams of Spanish chorizo sliced
  • 1 kilo of clam squeak
  • 1/2 kilo of shrimp with shell and head
  • 1/2 kilo of smoked sausage little
  • 150 grams of mussel
  • 250 grams of octopus or squid in pieces
  • 2 cups of bean frozen
  • 1 can of Red pepper in strips

    Preparation

    Two liters of water are boiled
    Add the cubes of chicken broth, garlic and paella seasoning. Meanwhile, heat the paella pan and add the olive oil at your discretion.
    The thighs and ribs are sealed and then the chorizo ​​is added; Once sealed, all the chicken broth prepared beforehand is added.
    Once it starts to boil, add the rice scattered throughout the paella pan.
    When the rice starts to come out of the water the ingredients are added in this order: clams, octopus, sausages, mussels, green beans, shrimp, red pepper.
    After all the ingredients have been added and arranged, a wet tablecloth is used and the paellera is covered. Let it cook another 15 minutes.
    Check constantly. When the rice lacks a little to finish its cooking, turn off the paella pan and let it rest for half an hour, so that the rice absorbs all the liquids and finishes cooking.
    Serves hot

    TIPS

    Never beat the paella. When adding the ingredients, press them with a stick so that they are integrated into the rice, especially the shells.
