Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the paprika, onion, and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the chicken broth, turmeric, seafood, and sausages. Cook until boiling. Add the rice, peas, and carrots; cover it. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
