Ingredients: 1 bell pepper, or pepper to stuff; 1 potato; 3 green onions; 1 winter squash, elongated; 1 carrot, large; 1 teaspoon salt; 2 cups water; 250 grams rice; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1/2 cups soy sauce; 1 tablespoon ajinomoto

Boil water with salt; when it reaches a boil, add the rice. Once ready, drain and let cool, set aside. Wash and chop all the vegetables into small cubes. Cut the onions into small rings until the stems separate.
