This rice with squid has an original flavor and is very easy to make, the presentation will be very good at your table.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cans Albo® squid in ink
  • 1 onion, median
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 400 grams tomtato, mature
  • 1 glass rice
  • herb, aromatic
  • 1/2 glasses Red wine, little
  • olive oils
  • salt, and black pepper

Preparation

Peel and cut into pieces the onion and garlic.
Sauté in a pan with a drizzle of oil, and when they are golden add the tomatoes cut into cubes, the aromatic herbs, salt and pepper.
Pass this sauce through a sieve, take it to the pan, add the red wine and incorporate all the contents of the squid cans.
Let it reduce the wine a little by stirring constantly.
Accompany with a white rice that we have cooked in 2 glasses of slightly salted water for 20 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate and decorate with parsley.
