This Hawaiian rice recipe is a different way to prepare rice, which combines flavors that we all like. Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 3 cups Water
  • enough vegetal oil
  • 1 1/2 cups rice, soaked in hot water
  • to taste salt
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • 1 1/2 cups bacon, fried and chopped
  • 1/2 cups parsley
  • enough parsley, (leaves) to decorate

Preparation

Blend the water with the garlic and onion. Reservation.
Heat the oil over medium heat, add the rice and fry for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add the liquid, and cover and cook for 15 minutes. Then add the bacon, pineapple and parsley; Cook 10 minutes.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes, so that it finishes cooking with the same heat. Serve and enjoy.

Yo le añadí el jugo de piña al arroz ya que tenía todos los ingredientes juntos y le intensificó los sabores a todo y quedó bueno
