Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175ºC.
In a saucepan place the water, the oil and the contents of the Knorr® Instant Rice. Mix and heat over high heat until it boils. Cover the pan and cook at low flame for approximately 10 minutes. Turn off and let stand for 5 minutes with the pan covered.
Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion, portobello mushrooms and cover. Heat until soft, about 15 minutes.
Add Knorr® Instant Rice and mix.
Put the almonds in a tray and put in the oven for 5 minutes taking care not to burn.
Once the rice is ready, add the almonds, the parsley, salt and pepper to taste and mix.
To serve.
