Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a pot except the couscous to boil. cook for 15 minutes approx.
Blend everything we cook taking care not to burn because it is very hot. The mixture must be well ground without lumps.
Put the 3 couscous rates in a container and add what we have liquefied. Mix well with a fork, with gentle movements so as not to beat the couscous.
Let stand 5 minutes covered, and with the help of a fork, fluff the couscous and separating the granites.
