Delicious red couscous to leave the traditional white because it contains ground tomato, mint, parsley, and dill that give it a different flavor. Ideal to accompany all kinds of meats.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 5 cups Water
  • 1 Red tomato
  • 1/4 dill, clean with tail
  • 3 branches parsley, clean
  • 10 leaves Fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cups couscous, natural

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a pot except the couscous to boil. cook for 15 minutes approx.
Blend everything we cook taking care not to burn because it is very hot. The mixture must be well ground without lumps.
Put the 3 couscous rates in a container and add what we have liquefied. Mix well with a fork, with gentle movements so as not to beat the couscous.
Let stand 5 minutes covered, and with the help of a fork, fluff the couscous and separating the granites.

TIPS

The mixture that we put in the cousoucs must always be boiling, be it water, or broth.
