Prepare the rice with water and salt as usual, but add saffron to the water so that the rice turns yellow. In a frying pan, put some of the oil from the octopus and sauté the chopped onion, chopped peppers, and garlic, add all the drained seafood and salt, pepper, and paprika to taste, continue sautéing for a while until they are well heated.
