Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1/2 onion slice thinly
  • 1 clove of garlic squeezed
  • 1 purple cabbage thin slices girl
  • 1 potato peeled and grated with mandolin
  • 1 apple peeled and grated with mandolin
  • 1 1/2 cups of Water
  • 1/4 of Cup of White vinegar

    Preparation

    Melt the butter in a pan and cook the onion. After a couple of minutes, add the garlic, cook a minute. Add the cabbage and stir well. Put salt and pepper.
    Add the potato to the pan and leave it for a few minutes. Then, add the apple. Cook for 5 minutes.
    Put the water and vinegar in the pan and cook 30 minutes on low heat.
    Serve hot.
