Rich and quick potato souffle that you can prepare for a very special occasion.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams potato
  • 1/4 grams Turkey breast, or leg ham
  • 500 grams manchego cheese, (or of your preference) grated
  • 1 boat cream
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1/2 sticks butter
  • pinches salt
  • pinches black pepper

Preparation

Cook the potatoes and cut them into slices and the turkey breast or the ham in fine squares.
Blend cream, cream cheese and condensed milk adding salt and pepper to taste.
Grease a refractory to bake with the butter, place slices of potato, a layer of cheese, a bit of ham and cream sauce, another layer of slices of potato, another of cheese and ham and cream and so on until you reach the edge of the refractory, pour more cream sauce and cover with grated cheese.
Preheat the oven to 180º, put the refractory in the oven until the cheese is gratinated.

Me confundí con la leche condensada pero utilize la normal pues imaginé era solo para licuar y si no pues de todos modos quedó muy bien preparé esta receta para acompañar una pierna al horno me gustó mucho

No indica medida de la crema será de leche porque luego menciona leche condensada que no está en los ingredientes.un bote se cuanto 250 de 500mg? Cuanto de mantequilla vienen por peso o medida?
