Preparation
Cook the potatoes and cut them into slices and the turkey breast or the ham in fine squares.
Blend cream, cream cheese and condensed milk adding salt and pepper to taste.
Grease a refractory to bake with the butter, place slices of potato, a layer of cheese, a bit of ham and cream sauce, another layer of slices of potato, another of cheese and ham and cream and so on until you reach the edge of the refractory, pour more cream sauce and cover with grated cheese.
Preheat the oven to 180º, put the refractory in the oven until the cheese is gratinated.
