Preparation
Cut the onion into small strips, peel the potatoes in thin sections.
Put the oil in a pot and add the onion.
Move the onion so it does not stick and wait until it is tender.
Remove the onion from the pot and put them on a separate plate.
With the same olive oil that was left over from the onions, heat the potatoes and add salt and pepper to taste.
Stir the 5 eggs in a bowl and when the potatoes are soft (breaking easily) add the egg.
Wait a few minutes until the egg has been cooked on one side and with the help of a pan turn the pot over and pass the Spanish omelette to the pan.
Wait until it is cooked on the other side and serve it!
