Ingredients: 4 cups spinach; 2 tablespoons butter spray, or margarine spray; 2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream; pepper; 1/2 cups water

Put half a cup of water in a large pot and cover until boiling. Add a little powdered broth if desired. In that pot, add the spinach to steam. Cook for 4 minutes.
