Separate the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets. Have the sliced zucchini and peeled carrots in strips ready. On the side, prepare the sauce by mixing the soy sauce, sliced green onions including the green part, ginger, and chili; set aside. Heat the wok or a large pan over high heat, add the oil and swirl the wok to coat it with oil without letting it smoke.
