Ingredients

8 portions
  • 8 tomatoes, round ripe
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 clove garlic, filleted
  • 1/4 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 gram basil

Preparation

Heat the oven to 350º F. The tomatoes are put in a saucepan with boiling water for a minute so that they can be peeled, then I cut them in half.
I put them on a baking sheet and sprinkle the chopped onion and garlic over them. I add olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper. At the end a piece of garlic.
They are put in the hot oven to brown. Serve immediately garnished with the basil leaf.

TIPS

They are a good accompaniment to fish dishes.
