Ingredients

4 servings
  • 8 pieces of Tía Rosa® Pre-cooked tortillinas®
  • 1 piece of White onion in large cubes
  • 2 pieces of yellow bell pepper in canes
  • 2 pieces of carrot in canes
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 pieces of poblano pepper clean and in rajas
  • 2 pieces of green pumpkin in cubes
  • 1 Cup of white mushroom filleted
  • 250 grams of Oaxaca cheese shredding
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

    Preparation

    Heat the oil and fry the onion, pepper and carrot for approximately two minutes.
    Add the garlic, poblano peppers, pumpkin and mushrooms.
    Season to taste and cook approximately 5 minutes.
    Add the shredded Oaxacan cheese and cover it so that it is gratinated.
    Serve the vegetable wire accompanied by Tortilinas® Precooked Tía Rosa®.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with hot sauce.
