Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup egg white, San Juan®
  • 1 can artichoke heart
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 200 grams manchego cheese

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 210ºC.
Chop the artichoke hearts.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour, wait for it to thicken.
Add milk and stir, remove from heat.
Add the chopped artichokes, Manchego cheese, salt and pepper.
Spread a little butter on the soufflé molds and then flour them.
Beat the whites until stiff, and mix the egg whites with the artichoke mixture with enveloping movements.
Add the mixture in the soufflé molds, bake 15 minutes approximately.

Rica, yo la hice con almond milk y queso parmesano y mozarella , quedo muy bien pero me tardo mas tiempo en el horno 45 min.
