Ingredients

4 portions
  • 300 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 150 milliliters whipping cream
  • 300 grams parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 red peppers, in cubes
  • 250 grams artichoke heart, in slices
  • 100 grams onion, finely chopped
  • 10 mushrooms, sliced
  • 250 grams spinach, cut into thin strips
  • 3 dehydrated tomatoes, sliced
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste bread, To accompany

Preparation

Place in a saucepan over low heat, whipping cream and cream cheese. Once hot, add the Parmesan cheese.
Remove immediately as soon as it boils and pour into a glass refractory. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes (until cold).
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté separately the pepper, artichoke, onion, mushrooms and spinach. Drain excess liquid and let cool.
Mix the sautéed vegetables and add the cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
