The recipe for the asparagus cake is delicious. You can prepare it a day in advance and only bake it when you are going to consume it.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • Brisée pasta
  • 1 bunch asparagus, cut into 4 cm pieces
  • 2/3 cups half and half cream
  • olive oils
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups gruyere cheese, grated
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Preparation

Roll out the dough and place it on a cake pan. Bake at 180ºC for 10 minutes. When it is ready, take it out and let it cool a bit.
In a frying pan put the asparagus with a little olive oil. Just until they are cooked and take a little coloring.
In a bowl mix the eggs, the half cream, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and mustard.
Once the dough is warm, add the asparagus and egg mixture.
Bake for about 30 min. at 180 ° C.
