Ingredients

  • 4 zucchini, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 cups parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, Finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • to taste salt and pepper

  • to taste White rice, To accompany

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Place the zucchini grated in a colander add salt and let stand for 10 minutes to lose as much liquid as possible.
