  • 100 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper
  • 30 grams sea ​​salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Add olive oil to carrots, salt and pepper and mix with rosemary and cilantro. Place them on a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes. From time to time, move the preparation.
