Ingredients

4 portions
  • baby carrots

Preparation

Wash the carrots if they are not clean.
Cut them in half with a knife making a cross cut.
Place the carrots in the opposite direction, joining them at the part where they were cut.
Stick the carrots on the wooden sticks.

PRESENTATION

They can be included in lunch, as a snack or as a garnish accompanying a dish.

TIPS

Hearts can be made from raw or cooked carrots.
