Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Milk Santa Clara®
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cauliflower, cooked and cut in florets
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, to grill
  • to taste chives, finely chopped, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a saucepan over medium heat, add the sour cream, Santa Clara® whole milk, cream cheese, Dijon mustard and cheddar cheese. Cook for 5 minutes, beat until melted, add cauliflower, season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
