Preheat the oven to 175°C. Sauté the onion and garlic in a little oil for 3 minutes, add the meat and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until well cooked. Add the carrot for 6 minutes or until the carrot is tender. Incorporate the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper.
