Preparation
Grill poblano chilies and place in a plastic bag and let stand 20 min.
Cut the onion into thin slices and discard the oaxaca cheese. Reservation.
Clean the chiles, removing the rabito, the seeds and the outside until they are green. Cut the chiles into thin slices.
In a frying pan with oil, add the onion, fry and once acitronada or transparent, add the slices and the consommé powder to taste. Fry for 20 min approx. Add the oaxaca cheese, cover and ready to serve.
