Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 2 pumpkins, cut into very thin slices
  • 2 red peppers, cut into very thin slices removing the inside part
  • 1 eggplant, cut into very thin slices
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 twig rosemary

Preparation

In a refractory put the tomato puree, garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
Arrange the aubergines, pumpkin and pepper in the refractory over the tomato puree sandwiching the vegetables and putting them in a circle.
Pour the olive oil and rosemary on top.
Cover with waxed paper and bake for 45 minutes at about 180 ° C.

Excelente platillo, sin duda delicioso. Desde que vi la película de Disney de Ratatouille, siempre lo quise probar :) y a mi familia le encanto e incluso lo acompañamos con un poco con quesito panela, y sabe más rico. Saludos y bendiciones.
