Preparation
In a refractory put the tomato puree, garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
Arrange the aubergines, pumpkin and pepper in the refractory over the tomato puree sandwiching the vegetables and putting them in a circle.
Pour the olive oil and rosemary on top.
Cover with waxed paper and bake for 45 minutes at about 180 ° C.
