The ratatouille is a typical French recipe, it is ideal for vegetarians as a main dish but you can also serve it as a garnish.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1 onion cut in half moons
  • 3 tomatoes without skin and cut into squares
  • 2 pumpkins cut into slices
  • 2 Red bell peppers cut into slices
  • 1 eggplant cut into slices
  • aromatic herbs

    Preparation
