The green beans with cheese are a perfect garnish for any dish but you can also eat them when you are on a diet and want to dine lightly.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos green bean
  • 1/2 onions
  • 80 grams cheese
  • baking soda
  • salt

Preparation

Cut the green beans in bias.
The beans are cooked with the half onion, salt and a little bit of baking.
When they are tender they are taken out of the fire and drained.
They are put back to the fire with the cheese. Leave until the cheese has melted and serve immediately.
