Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 cups huitlacoche corn mushroom, fresh or canned
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • to taste black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup cream

Preparation

Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a medium-sized skillet.
Add half of the onion and garlic and brown for 2-3 minutes. Add the huitlacoche and cook for 5 minutes or until well cooked. Season with salt and pepper and pour into a deep dish.
Add the cream mix well and serve.
