Ingredients

2 portions
  • 200 grams chickpea, cooked
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons tahini
  • to taste lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 10 milliliters Water
  • to taste salt
  • to taste parsley, to decorate

Preparation

Add all the ingredients in a container (you can crush it in an American glass or use a blender ). Remember to reserve some chickpeas to decorate at the end.
Triturate until all the ingredients have been completely integrated. Now is the time to add water depending on the texture we want to achieve (thicker or more liquid). Normal is a thick texture, so do not go overboard! I added about 30 ml.
To present the hummus, you can decorate with some chickpeas, add a little paprika to add color, and a drizzle of olive oil to finish.

TIPS

Accompany the hummus with carrot (in the form of sticks), cherry tomatoes and roasted eggplant. Also with apple (type Pink Lady) Important! This recipe is indicative, but according to your personal tastes you can put more or less quantity of some ingredients. (More lemon, less garlic, more oil ... There is no single recipe)
