Jalapeño Chiles with Mexican Tuna

These jalapeño peppers stuffed with tuna a la mexicana are a very good idea for a rich and simple snack, as they are very easy to make and they are also crispy and spicy. Do not stop preparing them!

  • 16 jalapeno Peppers
  • 2 cans tuna, 130 gc / u
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 red onions, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons White pepper
  • 2 twigs fresh coriander, to decorate


In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the jalapeños 5 minutes or until they are soft. Drain and cool.
Carefully open the chilies in the center and uncover, taking care not to break them. Reservation.
In a bowl, mix the tuna with the tomato, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix very well.
Fill the jalapeños with the tuna mixture and decorate with coriander leaves. It serves.

Quedan super ricos, solo que yo he tostado a la plancha los chiles para pelarlos, cuesta un poquito pero le da otro toque
