Preparation
In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the jalapeños 5 minutes or until they are soft. Drain and cool.
Carefully open the chilies in the center and uncover, taking care not to break them. Reservation.
In a bowl, mix the tuna with the tomato, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix very well.
Fill the jalapeños with the tuna mixture and decorate with coriander leaves. It serves.
