Ingredients

6 portions
  • 280 grams mushroom
  • 2 chives, with stem, in thin slices
  • 1/4 teaspoons Red pepper, crushed (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt

Preparation

Clean the mushrooms with a towel, do not wet them. If they are large they can be sliced. Steam the mushrooms until they are soft, about 20 minutes.
Put in a medium bowl and let cool. Add the other ingredients and mix well.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle cilantro, oregano or chopped parsley.

TIPS

Substitute red pepper for ground black pepper.
